Automatic Dues Payments

Those of you that have automatic payments deducted from your bank account will need to pay the January installment using the coupon book and envelopes just mailed to your home. We could have gone forward with the auto-pay, but the Management Company processes those on the 5th of each month. Currently it is being done on the 15th.

 

We did not want an unexpected withdrawal to come out of your account 10 days before you were expecting it. If you want to remain on the automatic payment from your bank account, and you are OK with the 5th of each month, please go to the CAS website and complete the form and it will continue to be paid on the 5th of the month that it is due. Monthly for Townhomes and Quarterly for single family homes. 

 
I apologize for the inconvenience for having to do this again only a year later, but I would rather do it correctly than risk unexpected funds being withdrawn from your account.

JANUARY MEETING UPDATE

The first meeting of the new year will take place on January 31, 2012. We moved the meeting to later in the month to allow time for the transisiton to the new manangement company, as well as to have all financial information for the year end.

 

 

WE NEED THE SIGNED PROXIES NOW !!!
We almost have enough signatures to potentially minimize the HOA risk on this lawsuit. Numerous attempts have been made to get the required number of signatures, but many of you have not responded. We even provided stamped self addressed envelopes in an attemp to make it as convenient as possible.

If you still have the proxy form and the envelope, please sign it and mail it in NOW. I will even come pick it up from your house. 

If we lose the lawsuit and do not have the responsible party involved, the judgement will go solely against the HOA. This is your chance to help from keeping your dues stable and not have to raise them to pay any associated expenses.
